Data Deletion Instructions
Our application does not use Facebook Login and does not store personal data of Facebook or Instagram users. It stores advertising data only for ad accounts that our business owns or that their owners have shared with our business, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@starscenenow.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include the ad account ID or business portfolio ID that the request concerns, and confirm that you are authorized to act for that account or business.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it by email.
We may keep a limited record of the request itself, and data we must retain to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
Remove our access
If you own an ad account that you shared with our business, you can remove our access at any time in Meta Business Settings, under Ad accounts or Partners. Once access is removed, our tools can no longer read or change that account.
